Established in May 1989, we are one of the most experienced independent
Residential Letting and Property Management Specialists in SE and EC London. We are specialists
because, unlike estate agents we are not running Lettings and Management
as a sideline - we devote our expertise solely to the Letting and
Management of residential property.
We pride ourselves in offering a personal and friendly service
to both landlords and tenants, whilst at the same time maintaining
a high standard of competence and professionalism.
In addition to our local services, we are part of a UK-Wide Network
of independent but associated Letting and Managing Agents, thus
enabling us to offer an efficient national relocation service, and
we are often able to assist both individual and corporate clients,
from within the UK and abroad.
As Members of The UK Association of Letting Agents we are
committed to the Association's charter, aims and objectives of promoting
high standards of competence and professionalism across our industry
for the benefit of the general public, through ongoing education
of its members, and by adherence to its Code of Practice.

In addition to our core business as above, since 1997 we have also been instrumental in providing training, guidance and consultancy for individuals and companies wishing to enter the lucrative field of Residential Letting and Property Management. We now focus our training programme on distance learning via our highly successful Complete Business Package in Residential Letting and Property Management.
